Since 1981, we have delivered a broad continuum of critical services to children, youth and families. Our work is guided by the voices of those we serve. We offer a hand up that helps people help themselves. We are here when we are needed
– in times of crisis and across a lifetime.

Our Future is the Graham Circle Project

The Graham Circle Project is a $12.1 million dollar project in East Atlanta for youth ages 17 – 24, who are homeless, grow up in the foster care system or who are parenting. The new program is "TransitionZ" and will be operating at the new apartment community "Summit Trail."

Phase I is complete! We rehabbed four existing apartment buildings and constructed a new apartment building. There are 39 housing units available at Summit Trail and our youth moved in March 2010.

Our remaining goal for the second phase is approximately $500,000. A pending challenge grant is contingent on raising the remaining amount. Individual gifts are critically important at this stage. This grant is matching each gift we receive over the next few months 3 to 1. This means your gift will be matched 3 times! For example your $100 gift becomes a $300 gift. We need you now more than ever!
