She is a member of the Association for Fundraising Professionals. She graduated from Hampton University with a BS in Marketing and from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a Masters in Education. She has 28+ years experience working with youth. She specializes in creating residential programs and intensive group processes for youth.
