Behavioral Health Interns
Receive training and supervision in the areas of: residential and community-based programs, consultation, individual and group therapy, clinical research, and crisis intervention. Interns experience active participation in clinical treatment team meetings and learn to develop treatment plans while supported by CK clinical staff. 2012 Spring and Summer Semester Interns have been selected. Development Interns
Receive training and supervision in the areas of: grant writing, corporate and foundation relations, volunteerism, event management, marketing and branding, board development, individual giving, and nonprofit budgeting. Interns experience active participation in development team meetings and learn to develop fundraising plans while supported by CK development staff. 2012 Spring and Summer Semester Interns have been selected. Finance & Accounting Interns
Receive training and supervision in the areas of: nonprofit budgeting, revenue and expense allocation, payroll practices, accounting methodology, and assets management. Interns experience active participation in finance team meetings and learn to develop financial plans while supported by CK finance staff.
Human Resources Interns
Receive training and supervision in the areas of: recruiting and staffing, organizational and space planning, performance management and improvement systems,organization development, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns, employee orientation, development, and training policy development and documentation, employee relations, etc...while supported by CK human resource staff.
